ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SYSTEMS

Your Source for Energy Saving Solutions

At Environmental Engineering Systems, we start each project with a face to face meeting with you.  You have the opportunity to explain your unique situation and any concerns to us and we, in turn, can ask additional questions of you.  The end result is that you receive the most cost effective and common sense solutions that satisfy all your requirements.  The following is a sampling of some recent projects.

EES completed a total HVAC renovation at the new Schindler Banquet Facility.  EES helped Legacy Ministries to significantly reduce first cost by re-engineering the design.   The re-designed systems were simplified allowing much of the continuing maintenance of the systems to be done in house which reduced long term costs.

“EES did an excellent job.  They were very professional, reliable and efficient.”

~George Bailey, Director of Construction for Legacy Ministries

EES designed and installed the HVAC system for a new 170,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility.  EES worked with GC on a fast track pace to complete the building in a little over 4 months.

"It is still amazing to think that a project of this size and complexity, pushed through the winter has not only been delivered on time, but the Final Certificate of Occupancy was granted in 4 months and 1 week.  TWO WEEKS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!"

~ Miller Valentine Project Team (General Contractor for the project)

Design/Build of HVAC system for new building for F&S Construction.  EES used value engineering to redesign the system to reduce first cost and long term maintenance costs for the owner while incorporating energy efficiency.

“EES did a great job on the design and installation of the new system.”

~  Kevin Filbrun, VP of F & M Contractors

EES completed a re-design of HVAC system to provide solution to environmental problems in their paint room.  The custom system was installed and up and running within 2 weeks!

EES completed a chilled water system upgrade in two weeks at Dolco Packaging.  The new 250-ton rotary screw chiller unit will service Dolco’s immediate process needs plus provide sufficient capacity for future expansion.  The new system reduces Dolco’s maintenance and operating expenses.
