Your Energy Analysis will
consist of:
-
An initial meeting
with your building management group which will allow
us to understand your unique needs and concerns.
Electrical and natural gas bills for the past two
years will be required as well as a layout of the
facility.

A tour of the
facility where we will look at how the building is
utilized, the existing mechanical equipment,
building controls, lighting, process systems,
building insulation, etc.
-
Follow up visits (if
required) to gather additional information.
-
A
final meeting with your building management group
where the results of your Energy Analysis will be
presented to you along with various solutions, their
associated costs, and the estimated ROI for each
solution. The possibility of Commercial Building Tax
Deductions utilizing the
Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct 2005) recently
extended by Congress through 2013 and local
energy rebates will also be discussed.
